| OUR APPROACH |
| We help companies get new products into production. Typically we get involved in a project when a company is exploring a new product concept. Our work involves evaluating the concept, defining what is required to move forward, and then – if all systems are go – creating the plan to develop the product and guide it into production. The process involves idea generation, conceptual design, market research, engineering development, technology assessment, user experience studies, prototyping, testing, documentation, leadership, and a lot of hard work. Some people call this process New Product Development (although we prefer to call it Getting Things Built). We don't claim to have a special recipe for this process. But the products we work on go in production - and stay in production - for a long, long time. We must be doing something right. |
